this product is ideal for oily skin and oily lids as it's smudge-free and water proof.It glides on super easy you dont need a lot of product little goes a long way i used it with sephora angled brush.I have been using pencil to shape my brows since the beginning but i found a better n best way now you can see the result of both pencil and dipbrow & i used a veryy tiny amount.
